And the worst actor award goes to Shahrukh Khan

Yes, you heard it right. King khan was awarded the worst actor Saturday night at the third annual Golden Kela Awards held in Gurgaon which is a satirical take on Bollywood, where awards are given for the worst performances. It was started by Random Magazine, India’s longest running humor magazine in the year 2009. CLICK HERE to know more about this award.

  • Shah Rukh Khan          - worst actor (for Karan Johar's 'My Name is Khan')
  • Sonam Kapoor              - worst actress (for her home production 'Aisha')
  • My Name Is Khan          - worst film
  • Sanjay Leela Bhansali - worst director (for 'Guzaarish')
  • Ram Gopal Varma        - Bas Kijiye Bahut Ho Gaya Award (asking him to stop making films)
  • Arjun Rampal                 - worst supporting actor male (for 'Housefull')
  • Kangana Ranaut           - worst supporting actress female (for 'Kites')
  • Udaan                               - Anti-Kela for being 2010's 'saving grace'
  • Uday Chopra                  - Chimpu Kapoor award (No talent award for relatives of celebrities)
  • Action Replayy               - Most Original Story
  • 'Golmaal' series              - worst triology
  • Dabangg                          - Ajooba Award for Sheer Awesomeness
  • Baru the Wonder Kid    - worst animated film
  • Lafange Parindey          - Jajantram Mamantram Award for Worst Named Film
  • Sukhwinder Singh      - Sonu Nigam Award for Career Suicide for his debut in 'Kuch Kariye'
  • Prince                               - Golden Kela for the most ridiculous sequence'
  • Jackie Shroff                  - worst casting award (for his role as Shirdi Sai baba in 'Malik Ek')
Some movies namely 'Udaan', 'Ishqiya', 'Love, Sex and Dhoka', 'Do Dooni Chaar', 'Peepli Live' and 'Tere Bin Laden' were the saving graces of 2010 that were meaningful and entertaining, while still being in the mainstream.
