Twitter tops the list of top ten innovative web companies this year as reported by Fast Company magazine. Other big giants in this list are Google just behind Twitter and Microsoft at 9th position. Here is the list of the top innovators :

Twitter topped the list with a record increase in users from 20 million in 2009 to 200 million today. Twitter introduced a sleek re-designed interface and it played an integral role in recent revolutions in the Middle East.
