Intel ultrabook to replicate tablet like features

Ultrabook is Intel's new family of notebooks thin, light and beautiful in design less than 20mm in thickness. With these design specification, ultrabooks already sound very similar to Apple's MacBook Air.

Intel claims that these computers will marry the performance and capabilities of today's laptops with tablet-like features and deliver a highly responsive and secure experience, in a thin, light and elegant design.

If we look for the attributes of this new model, we found it highly exciting with a less than 20mm think design and weighing less than two pounds, it replicates the portability features of tablets. But at the some time performance is kept in par with the today's laptops with instant resume and quick response unlike most of the tablets. And this is not yet the end of the story, with all such amazing features Ultrabook price is targeted to be under $1000.

It sounds real good to have a model as portable as tablets and as performance rich as laptops and at the same at par in price with other available notebooks. So hold your nerves till winter this year when Intel has announced to release the ultrabooks in market.
